Source links and proposal text are public-interest editorial input. A submission enters a private moderation workflow and never publishes a technology directly.

Contributor information
Account identifiers and moderation metadata remain private. Public contributor credit is included only when the contributor explicitly opts in.
Provisional retention
Rejected and withdrawn proposals currently have a proposed maximum retention of 24 months for abuse prevention and audit. This period is provisional and requires legal and product approval before launch.
